  • I read that too. I looked up old strob, it looks like his education is in journalism and literature. Another AlGore! As a physicist, I'm getting tired of getting lectures about atmospheric physics from those who know nothing about it. It's looking more clear everyday that these climate models based on the naive assumption that all of the last century's warming was caused by CO2 are way off. It's clear that the climate follows the solar cycle, even if we don't know exactly why. It's also clear that ocean cycles effect climate, we've named a couple of them El Nino and La Nina. There has even been some research, by Lintzen and others, that cloud formation provides negative feedback in response to warming. I've worked with simulation engineers over the years. Once the put a simulation together, they'll believe anything it predicts. You always have to insist on a lot of coorelation to lab data. Often, the guys who write the simulation are computer jocks, not scientist anyway.
