Using powerfull planning software the Mortgage Secret online Software allows you to use "Reverse Compound Interest" to cancel out about 80% of your Total interest saving you from 100-200 Total mortgage payments. It is not a BAIL OUT. Most were told that they would have a fixed rate only to be given an adjustable rate at closing. If you want to blame someone, blame the loan companies and banks..they are the sharks. THese are people trying to provide homes for their families just like the rest of us are. What makes you think you are any better? You could get sick, get laid off, get fired; spouse could die and you could not pay your mortgage...bet you would welcome some assistance! Well that is all people with high interest rate loans want!
