  • Nelson is probably right - at least until November 5.
After all what wouldl McCain sing? - bomb bomb bomb Cuba?
What will Obama say? - We are willing to talk first before we undertake any action?

He will regard Arias as the only democratically elected president, while McCain will regard Uribe as such.

Even afterwards, I think Latin America is best at solving its own problems - such as the diplomacy by Dominican Republic that ended the standoff between Colombia and Ecuador. and the UNASUR conference in Chile which handled the Bolivia crisis well. US is great at creating problems. and worsening problems that already exist.
  • To think that some people may think you speak for the majority of Latina America. I can only wish that the U.S. stays out of Latin America, especially Ecuador, Venezuela, and Bolivia. God knows we don't want anymore massacres at the hand of U.S. backed "democracies". I like how you rationalize the rising leftist tide, as "brainwashing". In that case i must be a full blown nut. Es muy importatnte que Latino America sigua su curso sin interferencias de E.U. o cualquier otro pais.
