  • Natural rights based libertarianism leads to insane negative consequences. Fiat justitia ruat caelum is appropriate here, because the heavens most certainly will fall if a natural rights based libertarian approach is ever adopted.

    Go capitalism (the consequentialist/utilitarian version)!
  • That being said, under the current amount of pressure on the American public, it is hard to see the public endorsing more government spending and corporate tax breaks due to the conditions going on. In addition to this, the macro economic “recession” that consumers are going through will slow down HRS’s sales in the consumer market aswell, causing an all together reduction in revenue and for that matter an inability to meet liabilities and an eventual collapse into insolvency.
