Why are there so many indictments and convictions against the executives of this industry for dodgey and outright illegal business practices to get their product approved when it won't gain approval through normal channels because it is unsafe? If GMOs are so wonderful why does the industry fight tooth and nail to keep it from being labeled in the US?
